Hydra Flow from Conteh Sports is a daily hydration formula with added vitamins, designed for regular use during training, recovery, and everyday life. It contains CocoMineral® – a patented coconut water extract rich in sodium and potassium.
Supplemented with vitamin C, a complex of B vitamins, and elderberry extract to support immunity and overall vitality. Fully transparent composition – every ingredient and its dosage is listed on the label.
Recommended dosage: Mix 1 scoop (5g) in at least 500ml of water. Recommended 1–3 servings per day.
