The Creatine from DY Nutrition (the brand of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates) is a flavored creatine complex combining creatine monohydrate with beta-alanine, taurine, and a B-vitamin complex to support strength, performance, and recovery.
Unlike unflavored variants, this version is designed to be easily mixed directly with water with a distinct flavor, without the need to add it to a protein shake.
Recommended dosage: Mix 1 scoop (10 g) in 250 ml of water. No loading phase is required.
