    Description

    InnovaPharm's Recover EAA is a fully dosed, stimulant-free essential amino acid complex designed to support recovery, hydration, and muscle protein synthesis. Unlike many cheaper EAA products, it does not contain "filler" amino acids that increase volume at the expense of actual efficacy.

    One serving contains 14.4g of essential amino acids, including 10g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio, a high dose of lysine and threonine, and electrolytes including pink Himalayan salt to support hydration.

    Recommended dosage: Mix 1 scoop in 470–700 ml of water and drink during training. On non-training days, it can be taken anytime during the day.
