One serving (27g) contains 14.4g of essential amino acids, including 12g of BCAAs (6g Leucine, 3g Isoleucine, 3g Valine), supplemented with 9g of Citrulline Malate and 1.5g of Taurine for performance and endurance, as well as Phenylalanine as a dopamine precursor, and Sodium with Potassium for hydration.
Recommended Dosage: Mix 1 serving (27g) in 600–1000 ml of water and drink before and during training.
