    Description

    Berberine by Trained By JP is a standalone supplement designed as a Glucose Disposal Agent, with the potential to support and regulate blood sugar levels and help transport carbohydrates to the muscles.

    Ingredients: Berberine HCl (500 mg per capsule), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

    Recommended dosage: 1 capsule with a high-carbohydrate meal (50g+ carbohydrates). Can be taken with every meal.
